Individual Therapy is planned according to each child's unique needs and specifically focused to address their diagnosis.  Multiple individual and group therapy sessions with Clinical Therapists support individual treatment plans.

Behavior, both positive and negative, is always considered purposeful at Lakemary.  All staff are considered an integral part of the treatment team.  All professionals working with children communicate with each other, the child, and with the child's family to develop an individualized Behavior Support Plan for each child.  Staff are trained in Safe Crisis Management (SCM) and Crisis Behavioral Specialists are available 24/7.

Individual and family therapies are available to children and their families throughout the child's stay at Lakemary.

Outpatient therapy provides a continuum of supports to help with the transition to a less restrictive environment and allows the child and their family to continue the learning process beyond Lakemary's structured environment.

Lakemary Health Services employs a team of certified health professionals including: Our Medical Director, Registered Nurses, Registered Dietician, Licensed Mental Health Technician, and Medication Technicians.  These professionals are available 24 hours a day.
